An accomplished chef with 20 years of specialised experience, Constantine Vlachos and his delectable creations, are internationally recognised and have been creating exceptional dining and private experiences around the world.
Catering to high-net-worth individuals, VVIP families, celebrities and politicians, he’s collaborated with the likes of The White House and the American Museum of Natural History in New York.
From humble beginnings as a young chef at a small village in Greece, Constantine expanded his career to the USA and developed his talent - raising his profile by showcasing his skills and creations to the country’s political, social and economical elite. He also worked with great American and Greek chefs such as Maria Loi.
Constantine specialises in Greek Mediterranean cuisine and his style can be described as traditional inspiration fused with a modern twist, transporting you to the Greek isles at grandma’s house combined with a flavour of the present.
Having worked in leading high-profile restaurants and establishments around the world such as the famous Greek restaurant in Manhattan, Avra Madison - his Greek roots led him back to Mykonos, Skiathos, Syros and Corfu for a few seasons.
Constantine shares: “It’s my absolute passion to promote my culture and cuisine abroad. I have such joy in being able to express all the flavours I grew up with, and convert it into an innovative, culinary experience.”
Constantine now calls Dubai home, and founded The Golden Bite. Sticking to his passion of offering a holistic service - he provides consultancy, training, specialized staff, high-end hospitality service and management to world renowned restaurants, events and private clients.
